Terms and Conditions – (Rugani Juice – Black Friday 2020) Promotion

1. Promoter’s name and address

2. How to participate

Individuals must sign up for the Rugani Fresh News newsletter in order to receive our Black Friday email / auto responder containing a 25% Discount code that is valid for Friday, 27 November 2020 between 7:00am and 20:00pm. Standard shipping terms will apply (free shipping for orders over R500 to main hubs in South Africa). Rugani Juice reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and refund the monies paid. No returns will be accepted.

3. Start date

This promotion will start (7am) (27 November) 2020.

4. Closing date

The closing date for this promotion will be (8pm) (27 November) 2020.

9. General

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, Facebook®. Facebook® is completely released of all liability by each participant in the promotion. Participants will be providing information to the promoter and not to Facebook®.

By taking part in this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to this promotion (“Rules”)

You may not participate in this promotion if you do not agree to be bound by the Rules and if you participate by doing so will be confirmation that you agree to these Rules.

The promoters may in their sole discretion amend these Rules at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Rules on the Facebook® Page.

Nothing in these Rules will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. in this regard and for further clarity, the promoter shall be entitled to deal with such disputes (or any failure by participants to follow the rules). Entrants who, in the promoter’s sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Rules or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Competition and shall not be eligible to win any prize.

The promoter reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the promoter will provide a notice on the Facebook® page and Instagram ® and it shall be the responsibility of participants to review such Facebook® and Instagram® pages in this regard. In such an event, all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against any of the promoter parties and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the promoter parties.

The promoter is not liable for any technical failure that may result in a sign up not being successful or not receiving the autoresponder which contains the 25% discount code.

The duration of this promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the promoter.
