Optionally add one shot of vodka or gin for a boozy brunch cocktail
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.
- Rim glasses with paprika salt.
- Serve over ice with a celery stick and cherry tomato, red pepper, gherkin, cucumber garnish.
