Virgin Mary Smoothie (V)

The word “smoothies” are often associated with sweetness or fruitiness, but savoury smoothies are trending and on everyone’s lips (literally)! With powerhouse ingredients like fresh tomato, carrot and turmeric extracts, as well as celery, pea protein and more, your body will love you for all the health benefits.

Ingredients

½ cup ZZ2 100% Romanita Tomato Juice
½ cup Rugani 100% Turmeric Infused Carrot Juice
½ cup coconut/vegan yogurt
1 Tbsp pea protein
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 celery sticks (+-6 cm each)
6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Keeping 1 celery stick aside to serve, blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Adjust seasonings and Tabasco to suit your taste.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve,garnished with 1 celery stick
