This quick-to-prepare smoothie bowl is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and is the perfect way to start your morning!
Ingredients
Smoothie:
1 1/2 cups loosely packed frozen bananas
3-4 pitted dates
Toppings:
Coconut flakes
Fresh fruit such as berries
Optional granola, or nut and seed mix
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- You can adjust the thickness of your smoothie bowl by adding or reducing the amount of liquid.
- Top with your favourite fresh fruits, coconut, or granola and enjoy.
