3 Ingredient Smoothie Bowl

This quick-to-prepare smoothie bowl is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and is the perfect way to start your morning!

Ingredients

Smoothie:
1 1/2 cups loosely packed frozen bananas
3-4 pitted dates
 
Toppings:
Coconut flakes
Fresh fruit such as berries
Optional granola, or nut and seed mix

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can adjust the thickness of your smoothie bowl by adding or reducing the amount of liquid.
  3. Top with your favourite fresh fruits, coconut, or granola and enjoy.
