50ml Rugani 100% Queen Pineapple Juice
100ml Rugani 100% Carrot Juice
25ml cinnamon, star anise & ginger syrup
15ml lemon juice


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a balloon whisky or cognac glass.
  4. Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick.
  5. Glass to be decorated with lemon and lime dust.
